Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KeyFix Locksmith LLC ("KeyFix," "we," "us") website and services. By requesting service, calling or texting us, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Services and verification
KeyFix provides mobile locksmith services — automotive, residential, and commercial — in Charlotte, NC and nearby areas, during posted business hours (9 AM – 7 PM, every day).
For your protection and ours, we open or rekey locks and make keys only after verifying identity and the right to access the property or vehicle (for example: photo ID plus vehicle registration, a lease, a utility bill, or authorization from the owner or manager on record). We may decline service when verification is not possible.
Quotes and payment
We provide a quote by phone before dispatching a technician, based on the information you give us. If the job on-site materially differs from what was described, we will re-quote before performing the work. Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle.
SMS / text messaging program
By providing your mobile number and consenting to texts, you agree to receive SMS from KeyFix Locksmith related to your service request, such as appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, quotes, and follow-ups.
Message frequency varies by request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@keyfixlocksmith.com or (980) 441-6084. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.
Estimates, cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel a service request at no charge before the technician is dispatched. If a technician has already been dispatched and the job is cancelled on arrival, or access/verification cannot be provided, a reasonable trip fee may apply, which we will state on the phone.
Warranties and liability
We stand behind our workmanship. Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or previously modified locks, or failures unrelated to our work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyFix's total liability for any claim arising from services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, NC.
