How fast can you get to me?
We're fully mobile and prioritize active lockouts. When you call, we'll give you an honest ETA based on where you are in the Lake Norman / Charlotte area — not a fake promise.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. You hear the price on the phone or before any work begins. We don't do the low-quote-then-triple-it-at-the-door routine the industry is known for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We keep it simple and you'll always hear the price before we begin, so there are no surprises when it's time to pay.

Can you make a car key if I've lost all of them?
In most cases, yes. We cut and program keys and fobs for many makes and models on site. Call with your year, make, and model and we'll confirm.
Do you damage the lock or door to get in?
We use non-destructive entry methods whenever possible, so the goal is to get you back in without harming your lock, door, or vehicle.
